This print features the five historic train stations that dot the Beverly Branch of Metra’s Rock Island District, which are at 91st Street, 95th Street, 99th Street, 107th Street and 111th Street. Growing up, my “home” station was 91st, and my family and I would use it to get to downtown’s LaSalle Street Station, a journey that would take an impressive 20-or-so minutes. I guess Metra really is “the way to really fly.”
